Our Kokedama Workshop fundraiser helps support One Big Day part of the Vashon Community Scholarship program for the high school. Each student who turns in a notebook to the foundation receives a scholarship. While the majority of scholarships are sponsored, each year 10% are funded through smaller, pooled donations like our workshop.
Join Lynn Buscgalia in creating a kokedama for yourself or give to a friend.
This Japanese horticultural art form translates to ‘moss ball’. The moss ball functions as a self-contained, natural planter.
We are so pleased to offer our new location and space at Little Bird Gardens for this community workshop.
